This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our Native Microsoft Business Central Extension (the "Add-in") to integrate your Business Central environment with marketplaces including, but not limited to, Lazada, Shopee, and Amazon.

1. Information We Collect

Our Add-in acts as a bridge between your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment and various marketplace APIs. We may process the following types of data:

• Customer Data: Name, shipping address, phone number, and email address provided by the marketplace to fulfill orders.
• Order Information: Transaction IDs, product SKUs, pricing, taxes, and order status.
• Authentication Data: API Keys, OAuth tokens, and Marketplace Seller IDs required to establish a secure connection between Business Central and the marketplaces.
• Inventory Data: Stock levels and product descriptions synced from Business Central to the marketplaces.

2. How Data is Processed (Native Integration)

Our Add-in is a Native Extension. This means:

• Data is pulled directly from Marketplace APIs (Amazon SP-API, Lazada Open Platform, Shopee Open Platform) into your Microsoft Business Central instance.
• No Data Persistence on Our Servers: In our standard configuration, NMatrix Consulting Services Private Limited does not host or store your transactional data or customer personal information on our own external servers. All data resides within your Microsoft Azure/Business Central environment.

3. Use of Your Information

We use the data processed through the Add-in solely to:

• Facilitate the synchronization of orders and inventory between marketplaces and Business Central.
• Automate financial reconciliation and shipping updates.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration errors.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace developer policies (e.g., Amazon Data Protection Policy).

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We only facilitate the transfer of data between your chosen platforms:

• Marketplaces: We share data with Amazon, Shopee, and Lazada through their official APIs to update order statuses and inventory.
• Microsoft: As the Add-in runs on Dynamics 365 Business Central, data is subject to Microsoft's Privacy and Security standards.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to comply with a judicial proceeding or court order.

5. Marketplace Specific Provisions

Amazon Sellers: Our integration complies with the Amazon Data Protection Policy (DPP). Personally Identifiable Information (PII) retrieved from Amazon is used only for tax and shipping purposes and is handled according to Amazon's strict retention policies.

6. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your data. By leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365's native security framework, your data benefits from enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access control (RBAC), and Azure's secure infrastructure. We recommend that users implement strong password policies and MFA for their Business Central environment.

7. Data Retention

Because the Add-in is native to your Business Central environment, data retention is governed by your own company's data retention policy and your Microsoft 365 subscription settings. We do not retain copies of your marketplace data after the sync process is completed.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU, PDPA in Singapore/Malaysia), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data processed. Requests regarding data within the Add-in should generally be directed to your internal system administrator, as NMatrix does not have direct access to your private Business Central database.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
